How can I get a promo code?

You can get promo codes for taking part in competitions in the official game communities on social media. All you need to do is copy and paste the promo code into the respective field or type it in manually and tap Apply.

I'm having trouble making a purchase. What should I do?

If you encounter an issue when trying to pay for game content, the reasons may be one of the following:


1. Temporary malfunctions in the store

It may be overloaded at the moment of purchase and unable to process your request. Please wait a few minutes and try again.


2. Internet connection

To successfully process your purchase, your Internet connection must be stable. We recommend using a Wi-Fi or 4G connection if possible.


3. Not enough money in your account to make the payment

Check your bank account, and if necessary, use another payment method. The reason may be restrictions on your bank card, due to which the transaction was rejected. In this case, contact the issuing bank for details.
